Authenticity
Is having the courage
to allow your Soul to shine through you
in its own unique way
without restriction
without fear
with the full understanding
that this act of courage
will intimidate certain people
and as a result they will criticize you
they will condemn you
and they will judge you
but none of it will have anything
to do with you.
Our true work is not in achieving, attaining, or acquiring;
It’s in surrendering, letting go and releasing
every last particle of unworthiness, self criticism and shame;
excavating all the misconceptions
that block the authentic Self from shining through
And finally silencing the voice that has been telling us
the biggest lie in existence:
The lie that we are not worthy or loveable
exactly as we are.
