I have been a member of Karen's Patreon community since its inception. There were only 2 of us a few years ago, but now her weekly meditation sessions and monthly classes are overflowing! And for good reason... I am most grateful for overcoming physical, mental, and emotional sore spots in my life, thanks to Karen channelling the healing wisdom of Sarai. Learning to release the knots in my energy field that do not serve, and tuning to the high frequency of vitality have been life-saving for me.

Karen is a phenomenal channeler, an outstanding teacher and an incredible human. Karen was my first introduction to witnessing a channeled message. The message was filled with so much love, compassion and truth that I wanted to explore her offerings more. Karen is an excellent teacher because she explains complex concepts in an easy to understand and digestible manner. She is very patient, kind and makes the classes fun!
