I have been part of Karen Patreon community for a while now. I have made amazing progress in my spiritual journey so far. I am specifically very much benefited and being benefited with the excavating and digging more of the mental construction and programming and getting rid of those.

I have been a member of Karen's Patreon community since its inception. There were only 2 of us a few years ago, but now her weekly meditation sessions and monthly classes are overflowing! And for good reason... I am most grateful for overcoming physical, mental, and emotional sore spots in my life, thanks to Karen channelling the healing wisdom of Sarai. Learning to release the knots in my energy field that do not serve, and tuning to the high frequency of vitality have been life-saving for me.

The live channeled sessions with Sarai are healing, profound and drenched in pure love. I always leave a live session feeling lighter, brighter and peaceful. I express my deepest gratitude and love for Karen and Sarai. They bring so much light and love into our lives and I am honored to share my experience with you.

Since joining Karen and Sarai for the weekly meditation, I have found a deep connection to myself in addition to an amazing community. Extremely grateful and appreciative to connect with Sarai, Karen and the community.

I first became aware of Karen through watching videos she made online which I found to offer a lot of solace and guidance. In recent years I have been lucky enough part of the Patreon community she has created I have been helped in a deep and profound way through the group meditations and channelled messages. I have also had one to one sessions with Karen and I know she has a very clear understanding of the things that are preventing people from living happy and contented lives.

I have been working with Karen and Sarai since April 2023. My life has not been the same since I met her. They have so much compassion and wisdom guiding me back to my higher self — my true identity. releasing old thought forms that no longer serve me has been so liberating.

I was drawn to join Karen's Patreon community in April 2025. Being a part of this friendly, loving and supportive environment is a great privilege. The Tuesday group meditations are something I always look forward to as each meditation is a unique jewel in the crown of my awakening and worth repeating.

I am very grateful to be part of Karen and Sarai's group. I have a great desire to advance on my spiritual journey, and with this desire comes a LOT of questions. I find that Sarai is able to explain complicated concepts in easy to understand, clear ways.

I am experiencing regular glimmers of my true identity, which can be described as more joy and gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of this timeline in my creation story. The outcomes for me include noticeable changes in my daily emotional regulation, emotional releases, physical releases including the disappearance of physical pain, an inspired curiosity, and a deeper more soulful connection to myself. I absolutely love this community!! Forever grateful.

I deeply appreciate Karen Bell and Sarai. It has only blessed me. I love how Sarai assists you in being connected to the Human while being the Higher Self, and in integrating both as the Experience of SOURCE. I ALWAYS receive help from Sarai when I call upon her and her collective. It's very Healing and a deep deep blessing
