Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products & Classes
Due to the digital nature of online classes, recordings, meditations, and downloadable content, all digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Patreon Memberships
Patreon memberships are managed directly through Patreon’s platform and billing system. Members may cancel their membership at any time through their Patreon account settings.
Because Patreon provides immediate access to digital content and archives, refunds are not offered for membership payments already processed.
One-on-One Sessions
One-on-one sessions are offered in limited availability and require advance booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Due to the limited availability of one-on-one sessions, all bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling.
All rescheduling requests must be submitted by email to info@intuitivekb.com.
No Shows
Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or no shows. A session is considered a no show 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Session Recordings
Session recordings are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reposted, shared publicly, or reproduced without prior written permission from Karen Bell.
Session Disclaimer
One-on-one sessions are intended for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor should they be interpreted as professional therapy.

Karen Bell reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when appropriate.
Event Policies
Refund and cancellation policies for live events, workshops, or special programs may vary and will be communicated individually at the time of registration.
